Enabling Remote Support

1. First download the remote client software: Support.exe.
2. If you are using Internet Explorer:
      • When prompted click "Run" to begin the download.

 

3. If you are using Mozilla Firefox:

      • When prompted click "Save File"

      • When the download completes, right click on the file in the downloads box and select "Open."
4. You may be prompted to allow the software to run, click "Run."

 

5. Once the remote client screen appears, make sure the "Give Full Control to Users" box is checked and click the "Show My PC Now" button.

 

6. After a few moments the Remote Support software will connect with the server and will provide you with a "Share Password" that will be shown in the upper right hand corner.

7. When finished with the remote support session, simply close the software.
